Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your hoodie, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your hoodie must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original packaging

• Free from any damage, stains, or odors

To start a return, please contact us at porzdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Customized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
